GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS – PILAR DE
DIGITALIZATION

This document establishes the general terms and conditions applicable to the services included in the Digitalization pillar of TETEOCAN TECHNOLOGIES, which include:
Web Development, Digital Marketing, Essential Digitalization, Corporate Design, and Cloud Migration. By contracting any of these services, the client accepts the provisions set forth herein.
1. WEB DEVELOPMENT
Includes web design and development tailored to different needs: Express Web (MXN $5,000), Standard Web (MXN $30,000), and Business Web (starting at MXN $75,000). Includes responsive design, basic or advanced SEO, forms, training, domain, and hosting for one year. The client owns the domain and source code. The service can be used with Huawei Cloud or Hostinger. Estimated time: between 3 days and 2 months, depending on the package.Documents and communications: Any subsequent exchange may contain additional information relevant for operational or business purposes.
We also use tools such as Google Analytics and Google Ads, which collect data through cookies for statistical and advertising purposes
2. DIGITAL MARKETING
We offer packages from $15,000 MXN/month to $60,000 MXN/month. They include Meta Ads campaigns, graphic and audiovisual content generation, reports, follow-up sessions, and integrated strategies. Clients do not approve publications prior to their launch unless they purchase a customized model. Advertising investment is not included. Offered monthly, with no mandatory commitment.3. ESSENTIAL DIGITALIZATION
Includes a basic website, social media, Google Maps, a logo, and a payment terminal (limited). One-time payment. Estimated delivery time is 20 business days from receipt of materials from the client. Satisfaction guarantee applies.4. CORPORATE DESIGN
The service is divided into three levels: Launch (MXN$1,400,000), Scale (MXN$1,400,000), and Master (from MXN$1,400,000). It includes everything from a basic logo to a complete branding, including templates, mockups, and editable documentation. It also includes revision rounds. All rights to the design belong to the client. Estimated delivery time: up to 20 business days.5. MIGRATION TO THE CLOUD
Includes migration of databases, servers, emails, and files to Huawei Cloud. Technical support, maintenance, and training are also included. The client pays Huawei directly for the infrastructure. TETEOCAN charges only for professional services. Estimated time depends on complexity.6. GENERAL CONDITIONS
All services are offered remotely.
• Satisfaction guarantee applies with free adjustments for 30 days after delivery.
• Deliverables, domains, brands and designs developed are the property of the client.
• In case of cancellation:
– Before the start of the project: no refunds.
– If the advance is from 0%-20%: up to 20% the total will be refundable.
– From 21% onwards: no refunds are made.
• Changes outside the defined scope will be quoted as an additional service.
• All services are subject to custom agreements.
• A confidentiality and data protection clause will be signed.
• Reselling the services without written consent from TETEOCAN is not permitted.
