- They do not meet the quality standards agreed upon by both parties.
3. Exclusions
The warranty does not cover the following:- New requirements or substantial changes requested after delivery.
- Modifications to the scope, functionality or features not included in the initial contract.
- Requests made outside the 30-day period following final delivery.
4. Application Procedure
To activate this guarantee, the customer must:- Contact TETEOCAN TECHNOLOGIES within the established period.
- Detail the elements considered unsatisfactory.
- Provide clear information that allows the request to be evaluated and validated
Once received, the team will evaluate the case and make the appropriate adjustments within a reasonable timeframe.
5. Limitation of Liability
This guarantee aims to maintain the highest quality standards. However, TETEOCAN TECHNOLOGIES is not responsible for any external impact or commercial results arising from the use of the service, provided that these are not directly related to non-compliance with the agreed scope.6.
