1. GENERAL SERVICE 1.1 Services included:
- Custom data analysis (visualization via dashboards, control panels, KPIs)
- Cloud solution architecture (Huawei Cloud or other provider)
- Database design and implementation • Specialized business and technology consulting
1.2 Target audience: Companies, entrepreneurs and organizations seeking to understand
better your data to make informed decisions and structure technological solutions to
the measure.
1.3 Delivery method: All services are provided remotely, except for special requirements.
Documents and communications: Any subsequent exchange may contain additional information relevant for operational or business purposes.
We also use tools such as Google Analytics and Google Ads, which collect data through cookies for statistical and advertising purposes
2. HIRING AND PAYMENTS
2.1 Payment scheme: • Data analysis: single payment or
per project, depending on complexity • Architecture and databases: 50% at the start, 50%
upon completion • Consulting: It can be hourly, project-based or on a fixed-term basis
monthly according to the agreement
2.2 Payment methods: • Bank transfer, card or online payments • No payment is initiated
work without the corresponding initial payment
2.3 Refund Policy: • Before starting the project: No refunds • With 0%-20%
Advance: Refund up to 20% • From 21% advance: No refunds
3. TERMS AND SCOPE
3.1 Estimated delivery time: • Dashboards: between 10 to 20 business days • Architecture or BD: between 20 to 30 business days • Consulting: according to
agenda and type of contract
3.2 Client Responsibilities: • Provide information and timely access to systems and data • Approve progress within established deadlines
3.3 Modifications: Changes outside the original scope will be quoted separately.
4. OWNERSHIP AND USE
4.1 Intellectual Property: The client retains full rights to the dashboards, data structures, and deliverables, except for third-party proprietary tools.
4.2 Use and distribution: The client may freely use what has been developed, but may not resell the services or redistribute developed templates without authorization from TETEOCAN TECHNOLOGIES.

5. SECURITY AND CONFIDENTIALITY
5.1 Confidentiality: All customer information is confidential. It is not shared with third parties without prior consent.
5.2 Security Measures: • Restricted access to data • Encryption of sensitive files • Secure storage and transmission practices
6. SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
6.1 A minor adjustment guarantee applies free of charge for 30 calendar days after delivery, provided that the scope is within the agreed scope.
6.2 Substantial changes or new functionalities will require an additional contract or supplementary budget.
