TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE PILLAR:
AUTOMATION

At TETEOCAN TECHNOLOGIES, the Automation pillar is designed to improve our customers' operational efficiency through the use of intelligent tools, cross-platform integrations, and customized automated workflows, preferably hosted on Huawei Cloud. By purchasing any of the services under this pillar, the customer agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
1. SERVICES INCLUDED This pillar includes:
1.1 Task Automation
• Implementation of automatic flows using tools such as n8n, Make u
others, depending on the complexity of the case.• Automation of processes such as: sending automatic emails, alerts via Slack
or WhatsApp, task assignment, form synchronization, reports
automatic, etc.
1.2 Application Integration
• Connection between platforms (e.g. Google Sheets + WhatsApp, Stripe + CRM, Airtable + Gmail, etc.).
• Use APIs when necessary to connect services without native integrations.
1.3 Cloud Flows (Huawei Cloud)
• The ability to host automated workflows on Huawei Cloud servers is available for increased scalability and security.
• The client may choose between their own or shared infrastructure.
1.4 WhatsApp Chatbot (via Business API)
• Development and integration of functional chatbots in WhatsApp Business to automate:
• Frequently asked questions
• Initial technical support
• Lead capture
Confirmations and reminders
• Requires a verified account on WhatsApp Business API. We can advise on the
process.
2. CONTRACTING CONDITIONS AND PAYMENTS 2.1 Payment structure:
- All services in this pillar operate under the 50% scheme upon initiation and 50% upon delivery.
- Pricing depends on scope, number of flows, level of integration, and tools used.
2.2 Infrastructure:
- The customer must directly cover the costs of third-party servers, licenses, or platforms.
- We quote and execute the implementation.
3. DELIVERY TIMES 3.1 Estimated time:
- The duration of the project depends on the number of flows and the complexity of the ecosystem.
- Typical deliveries: between 10 and 25 business days.

3.2 Requirements:
- The client must provide access, API keys, desired structure and functional objectives.
4. SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
- All services are covered by our 30-day Satisfaction Guarantee after delivery.
- It includes minor adjustments, as long as they do not involve scope changes or new functionalities.
5. OWNERSHIP AND USE
- The client owns the automated flows, integration logic, and developed chatbots.
- You can freely modify, replicate, or scale them once delivered.
6. CONFIDENTIALITY
- All customer information (data, access, processes) will be handled with strict confidentiality.
- Access is limited to authorized personnel and technical security measures are implemented.
7. CANCELLATIONS AND MODIFICATIONS
- There are no refunds once the project has started.
- In the event of early cancellation with a payment advance of less than 20%, the total amount may be recovered up to 20%.
- Changes outside the initial scope are quoted separately and must be approved by both parties.
